• Download the form “INCA2008_REG_FORM.PDF / INCA2008_REG_FORM.DOC”
• Fill the form and send by E-mail, FAX, or surface mail to the address mentioned below along with the payment details depending on the modes listed under ‘Payment’.

• Payment

Please choose any one mode for the payments towards your registration and send the necessary details to INCA2008 secretariat

• Through crossed Cheque / Demand Draft 

• In favor of “XXVIII INCA International Congress”
• Payable at “Ahmedabad”
• Please send the following details with Cheque/Draft
• Name of person(s) intended towards registration
• Payment for “Congress” or “Workshop” or “Congress + Workshop” 
• If submitting paper – Title of the paper, theme and abstract ID
• Authors List

• Through Bank Transfer
• Please directly credit to the account of INCA2008
