Author Resource Authors of accepted abstracts should develop them into full papers and send them electronically on or before October 10, 2008 (on or before September 15, 2008 for consideration for Young Researcher Award) through the Congress web site or through email. A template for the Abstract and Full Paper is available for download from the Congress web site. Length of full papers should not exceed six A4-size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) pages in Verdana 10-size font for contributed papers and ten pages for invited papers. A clear margin of 2 cm on top, 2.5 cm at bottom and 1.5 cm on right and left sides should be kept. Authors are advised to provide their full affiliation and contact address including telephone, fax and email on both abstract and full paper.
Oral Presentation of Papers
Accepted papers for oral presentation will be given about 15 minutes time for both presentation and ensuing discussions. Facilities will be provided for MS-Office Power-point multi-media application presentations using an MS-Windows operated computer having USB, CD-ROM and DVD interfaces in all the oral presentation venues at the Conference site.
Poster Presentation
Display space of size 90 cm x 60 cm will be provided for each paper. Poster script must be selective in salient print, highlighting the objective, methodology, analysis and findings. Authors’ names, affiliation and contact details should be added at the bottom of the paper. Posters will be Organised in broad sections as per the Conference streams and Call for Papers in consultation with the authors.
Young Researcher Awards
About ten cash awards ranging from Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 10,000/- each, are planned for best papers presented at the Congress, which have been authored solely by a young researcher (or he/she being the first author), who is either a post-graduate or a research student or who is in the teaching profession or in a research Organisation, who is of age less than 35 years. Those who are desirous of contesting for these awards should send their abstracts within June 30, 2008 and full papers within September 15, 2008 after the abstracts have been accepted. Notification of short-listed papers for an award will be communicated within September 30, 2008.

Copyright of the papers accepted for presentation and/or publication in the proceedings after a peer-review procedure will rest with INCA and the consent to this effect is assumed.
